Photo ID Requirements
To authenticate the user, the user account must be set up with a current, valid photo id. Acceptable forms are:
1. Should be a Government- issued photo ID such as
a. Driver's license - Must be current
b. Passport - Must be current
2. Either should include:
a. A current photograph
b. Examinee's signature and
c. A permanent address
When updating your photo id, hold the new ID up to the camera, being as still as possible, and keeping the image and all pertinent details within the photo frame. Click "Capture New Photo Id" until you are satisfied with the photo, and all characters are legible in the photo, then click "Save Photo Id" to save and exit to the check in page.
